“The Resort is fabulous ! The moment we arrived we were greeted by a nice valet who provided us with bellman service, which was not his job. He was so accommodating that I wish I could recall his name. He was the ideal representative of your company. He assisted us in getting our baggage to our room, and was informative about the amenities of the hotel. We enjoyed the few hours we spent on the Duffy boat. “My special needs son and I had the best stay at the Waterfront Beach Resort. I loved the easy access to the beach and the view from the pool, he loved being able to wander wherever he wanted and do his own thing. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival which was absolutely fantastic! Staff was super friendly and took initiative, anticipating needs. We will definitely return!”

“My stay was really disappointing. There were people on nearby balconies smoking marijuana, and the smell constantly drifted into our space, making it uncomfortable to relax outside. At one point, someone from the balcony above us even poured some kind of liquid down onto our balcony, which was honestly unacceptable. Inside the room, things weren’t much better. The TV didn’t work at all, and the mini fridge had a flashing light that kept turning on and off, making it seem like it wasn’t...

“The room has everything you need as if you were at home, a full kitchen. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The location of this beautiful inn is perfect. Every which way you look from your room is an awesome view of the ocean. The room has a very large window that allows you to see the view. The fire pit is a great place to watch sunset. The property is also close to the pier where they have a great restaurant and bar. ”

“Our double queen room was spacious, well laid out, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, good protein options each day, as well as being family friendly. All of our staff encounters were friendly and positive. When the fan in our A/C unit broke, it was addressed immediately and fixed within 20 minutes. We highly recommend this hotel.”
