“I got 2 rooms for 2 nights, the staff was great, breakfast was great, but we had our hearts set on the pool it was the biggest part of our stay other than my husband going to the wrestling event, however unbeknownst to us the swimming pool was being worked on and not a drop of water was in it. They moved my sister to several rooms due to broken pull out beds, and to throw in the towel she found a roach crawling on the wall in the bathroom. “At check in we were greeted by one of the friendliest workers we’ve ever had at any hotel. I wish I’d caught her name. Our room was one of the recently renovated rooms, so it was clean and in great shape (I can’t speak for the one that have yet to be renovated). Breakfast was great… sausage, scrambled eggs, French toast, potatoes, cereal, toast, bagels, juice, milk, fruit. WiFi worked well. All staff we encountered were friendly.
