“This hotel is playing some game with their indoor pool, which is closed for no reason. It is stated on their website that pool is closed for the renovation but there in no work is happening. Pool is in a very good condition, hotel just cover front windows with a paper. Also breakfast was poor.”

“I was double charged for my room. Staff ignored phone and email requests for a refund. Even Expedia staff had a hard time reaching hotel staff to dispute the charges. The staff that I was able to speak with on the phone was rude. The elevator was out of service and no notification was made prior to my arrival. Overall, not a great experience. It’s definitely not worth the price tag.”

“It’s outdated. New owners aren’t upgrading the facility, Evening entertainment is boring. The place was exciting when Doc was in charge of the activities. He kept it fun.”

“Stayed two nights with my small dog, and we had a great time unwinding in the Catskills. Staff was excellent and tended to our needs. Wonderful to have a brewery, restaurant and Saturday night music on the property. Not a fancy place, but we were comfortable and got some much-needed rest. They even packed up dinner and a couple of beers so I could eat in the room with my dog.”
