“La struttura, nel complesso non è male ma la camera e il bagno meriterebbe di un ammodernamento. La pulizia in generale è discreta ma il vetro dell'ascensore panoramico era piuttosto sporco. La colazione scarsa, poca scelta e non c'erano nemmeno il latte caldo e il succo d'arancia. Ma soprattutto il personale poco cordiale, non abbiamo ricevuto un sorriso. Peccato!”

“We are a company who had multiple rooms for 14-days, one of the rooms was cleaned of all their belongings due to an internal hotel mixup. However, when asked about it, hotel guest services acted belligerent towards us. They took zero responsibility for their actions but rather double down on attitude.
