“This hotel is a dump, the rooms are old and dated. the lobby smells like chlorine, fabuloso and 1970. The shuttle is old and beat up. not sure who is giving this hotel an 8 but it was not enjoyable.”

“I had 9 of my grandchildren and myself in a 2 bedroom king suite. There was space for everyone to sleep. I loved waking up and looking out at the water and Cincinnati. The kids enjoyed the pool.”

“The room itself was fine and everything I needed but the room has very thin walls along with door. I could hear anyone that was in the hallways and could hear all conversations in the next room beside me. They were talking/partying until 3am.”

“The room I stayed in was very outdated. It has stains on the light, the bedsheets, the furniture, as well as the bathroom. I was very disappointed in this property because I expect a lot more, especially because I always stay at this hotel wherever I go. The walls are paperthin. “The staff was friendly. My bed had a huge stain in the middle of it on the mattress. It showed through the sheet and while it wasn't on the sheet, you could still see it and it was gross. It looked like a blood or other bodily function stain. I got in super late from canceled flights and this was the only hotel with availability left so I had no other option, but that definitely needs to be taken care of.”

“The food for breakfast was great. The kick back supper was good. Loved the hot tub and pool. Unfortunately had a fire alarm at 2am. So we all had to evacuate for an hour. Was never told why.”
