“A/C did not work and technician did not show up after calling twice. Had to leave the room at 10:00 pm in the middle of the night because it got hot and suffocating. Front desk provided a different room with functional A/C but only upon my insistence. Not the experience I would have expected at a Hyatt property.”

“The rooms are ok but the pool is very outdated. All the lounge chair are old and stained/dirty. The worst is the main lounge/restaurant. It took so long for someone to bring us water, then we had to wait another 10-15mins for a server to come take our order, then 30mins for the foods to come. And that's early in the morning with no hardly any guest yet. For the price that we pay, it does not meet the luxury standard by any mean. ”

“Beautiful hotel however we weren’t aware the pool and outside bar was going to be closed for an event. That was one of the reasons we booked this specific hotel. We wanted to do dinner as well but it was beyond packed. Overall beautiful hotel. ”

“Loved the hotel, super curated at attention to details. Nice and spacious room, with all the amenities.
I expected something a little bit more from the breakfast, because there wasn’t much to choose from but overall great experience. Can’t wait to go back!”
