“The hotel was really nice and the staff were very helpful. We were able to check in early as our room was ready and we were able to leave our bags at the hotel after checking out so we could go round the town. The room was very nice, although the fridge wasn't very cold and one of the mattresses was very soft, a bit like a water bed but I slept ok. Breakfast was amazing! The choices and taste, the services was very good and we weren't rushed to eat our food. We didn't use the pool, but I'm...

“This is our second visit this year. Love the bed and having a balcony view our dog loves the hotel also. Car park is really secure and after checking out we could leave our car for a bit extra charge to visit the beach. Our meal was really good Staff at the hotel are all excellent they make you feel special. Definitely going back ”

“Loved this hotel. The location was great. The price was good. The staff was friendly. And it was clean, they took care of us. I would 100% stay here again. I would say there should be some upgrades made to the tv to be bigger, a more comfortable mattress, and if there was a way to make the floors less squeaky that’d be great. But overall it was a great stay. ”

“The hotel is very well located and the staff are great: kind, ready and nice. We had a room with a very nice view. Only the room that was large needs to be refurbished as the whole hotel. It was nice in the sixties.”

Area was just right as it was only a short walk to town and beach. There was nothing we didn’t like really, we will be coming back 👍.”

“Wonderful Family Stay – Highly Recommend! We had a fantastic two-night family break at the Cumberland Hotel. We booked a family room with a king-size bed and bunk beds, and used Tesco Clubcard points which was a great bonus. We arrived just before check-in, easily found parking, and were warmly welcomed.
