“The pool was terrible, the water was green and was it apparent that the water has not been cleaned in awhile. This was a huge let down because I was traveling with children. Other than that the staff were friendly, the food was good and the rooms were clean.”

“Staff was very accommodating! Place was lovely. Restaurant food was delicious. Spa services were top notch! Only complaint was other visitors being thoughtless to noise level walking on wooden floors, stomping up steps(unfortunately our room was below stairs) talking loudly in foyer, sitting area late at night. Not really the resorts fault though.”

“We were welcomed with Christmas decor and a goodie bag. The space was wonderful and we wish we had more than three nights and warmer weather. My husband currently has the DigDug high score so tag me if you stay and beat it :)
TVs in most of the bedrooms and basement area. This house has everything you could need to feel like home during your stay. We will come back if our son takes a Hershey contract again in the future.”
