“We liked the hotel a lot. Very cute hotel in the middle of a shopping/bar area. Though we only spoke a few times, the staff was really helpful. The room was comfortable to begin, but it never got cool in there. The room also smelled like mildew and the thermostat kept reading 100% humidity (I believe it). They have a lot of firepits and mature trees in-between the buildings and it really felt like we were in the forest in the middle of a big city. The Parking lot Is hard for bigger trucks to...

“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”
