“Great staff but room wasn’t good”

“The hotel cancelled my reservation as a No-Show even after I sent a message saying that I needed a late check-in due to flight delays. I had to book another room on the spot, but conveniently they didn't have the same rate as before, so I had to pay a higher rate. Poor customer service.”

“Clean, modern design, comfortable bed, hot shower, plenty of outlets. Close to amenities.”

“The room was clean but outdated. No usb to charge phones and no smart tv. The remote to the tv didn’t work had to used a direct tv on the back of the tv to turn the channel. The night staff was RUDE. We travelled with littles and one of them locked us out of the bathroom. Called front desk and was told no maintenance on site so we may have to move then came with a screwdriver and opened the door and stormed out. We were obviously an inconvenience to her. Breakfast bar was good. Pool was cold.”

“Parking is poor. The parking lot was full with little room for maneuvering and the other end was blocked so you had to back all the way out. My daughter ended up leaving her car at the Expo Center where we were attending an event and walking over to the hotel. I think they do some long term parking for people leaving their cars on vacation but it really isn't big enough of a lot to accommodate both. The room seemed clean but after showering in the morning, my daughter's feet were filthy...

“Holly prepared and served us a wonderful breakfast with a big smile. Both Holly & Olin were awesome. ”

“The place looked like it was out of the Wild West. Only rooms available were smoking rooms. Had to get the key reprogrammed three times before I could get into the room. Once inside, the chair was filthy, the carpet needed cleaning, and the smell was overwhelming. The bathroom light switch was strange, it took a while to figure how it worked. Wyndham needs to tear that one down and start over. ”
