“Not a good place to stay. Seedy and run down. Room was clean as far as linens, floors, bathroom. Walls lampshades not so much. Some suspicious characters outside. I stayed overnight because my husband was in nearby major hospital. After stressful weeks of hospital visits, I thought I'd give this hotel a try for lower cost but it just added to an already stressful situation. Safety catch on door broken. Wasn't very confident the door lock would hold Never again.”

“The staff was so nice but the rooms are VERY run down. We practically had to pull the shower off the wall to turn it on. The rooms smell like the cigarette trash cans (located right outside our room) and you can hear everything outside your room. For 200 plus dollars a night, it was very disappointing. It was our first time up to Hershey, so if we go back we will look at other properties.”

“I could not stay here and ended up leaving that same day. When I arrived, I realized it was not what I expected. The lobby was very clean, and that is the one positive thing I can say. I had reserved a room with two queen beds, but when I finally got into the room, there was only one queen bed, and the room had a strange smell.
