“My experience was not pleasant. The bed linen wasn't clean. The toilet was loose, and the floor in the room wasn't very clean. They don't provide coffee 24 hours. There was no coffee in the room either. The ice container's lid didn't work; it couldn't be opened. That hotel needs to provide better service.”

The lounge/tables/restaurant area is beautiful. “Staff smoked on a non smoking property but I did ask the ladies to move and they did the guy at the front desk was smoking right at front door and trash was left daily on the floors by the elevators it wasn’t one day that trash wasn’t outside of the trash can. Also they are trip hazards by the outside sitting area closer to the part where you can see the vineyard.”

“Repeat customer multi time.....Room was either hot or cold all night due to Air conditioning was either running or not. Breakfast was adequate but nother to wright home about. kept you from starving. Like the fact the room frig has a freezer compartment that actually works to keep ice packs cold for next day travels. Like that you can pull right up to your room and unload usually. Janet was very friendly and helpful. nice picnic area in the back.”
