“I enjoyed my stay at this particular motel because I view it as a quaint country setting that I lack on most other trips that I take. It provided everything I needed to really relax and enjoy being in the area. I admit it's not for everyone but my needs are simple so I simply relaxed and enjoyed!”

“The staff was wonderful and very helpful on things to experience while we were there. The rooms were beautiful and spacious with a nice set up. Unfortunately the outside was overgrown which might detour guests but they had a nice outside seating with fire pits to relax by. We had a great time.”

“The rooms are recently renovated. The inside was very clean. This hotel is a work in progress as many others and I hope them all the best in bringing this place up to full glamor once again. I was always brought to small motels/hotels as a kid and now I root for all the people that are trying to keep these older establishments running. I encourage others to give this a stay. “Very quiet, great breakfast, Lovely property and great staff. What I didn't like was EXPEDIA leading me on by asking for my credit card at the time of booking. Silly me, I thought I was paying for my stay, as I seldom use that card, I knew I had enough to pay for the room, and thought that's what I was doing. NOT THE CASE. So I had to scramble at check-in because I owed $482.00 the regular room rate rather than the deal I thought I HAD gotten using Expedia. NOT a happy camper was I. Thank you...
