“I had mixed feelings about my stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Las Colinas. There is a lot to love about this hotel. The property is beautiful, the rooms are elegant and comfortable, and the bed and pillows were exceptional. I slept very well, and the overall ambiance is exactly what you would expect from a luxury hotel. However, my experience was overshadowed by one major issue.
