“Need to strengthen the severe weather response and procedures because during a tornado warning when we lost power, the staff appeared to not know what to do. Everything else was great.”

“Met a few other families for our time in Chicago, would not say this was good for having smaller children. Nice property, had good pools and grounds, but, would not allow food not purchased at the hotel outside or at the pool…and if you have small kids and picky eaters this was not good. We had a day we hung around with the other families and wanted to have pizza in a common area but were told we could not, so ended up cramped in one families room”
