“I've been going to this hotel for years, whenever I'm in town. I can definitely tell there has been a change in management. The former manager Brenda ran a tight ship. The hotel was so clean it sparkled, the service was amazing....I mean Brenda hasn't been there in years and not only did she introduce herself to us but i still know her name. This hotel is still good. I will continue to stay there when I'm in town. The rooms are still clean. The pool is broken. One of the elevators is broken....

“5/23/2026 Room 428. The furnace cover was broken and on the bed when we arrived. The AC was not working. 2 service calls. We were told no more rooms available. The curtains were literally shredded. Like from a cat. Refrigerator not cooling well enough. The Toilet seat was falling off. Shower curtain was ripped. A Mile walk to the pool in a separate building. So if you want to go swimming in the winter it’s probably very annoying. The bowling alley was close for a private party. Probably...

“My husband and I came to celebrate our wedding anniversary & his birthday. Check-in was a breeze & she took care of us because she gave us such a nice view of the pond behind their property! Loved it! We ordered from their on-site restaurant and they got to our room in 15 minutes and even brought our food in the room which was lovely! The pool/hot tub was amazing!! Loved it, will definitely be back!!! ”
