“What a difference a year makes! Last year we stayed at this hotel for my husband's birthday. It was wonderful, the staff were pleasant and helpful. The corner room with windows on two sides was very nice. This year, I booked the same corner room for his birthday, but we were given a room with window on only one side and with the view of gravel and airducts.
