“The facility and location are great, but they are clearly short staffed. We waited in line for a while to check in, and the room was clean but shampoo and conditioner hadn’t been restocked. They were out of cups for the lobby water cooler, and the fitness room was out of water. My mom’s room was 45 min late getting prepared for them, and they got a bogus TV damage charge when they never even used the TV at all. We’d probably choose to stay elsewhere next time.”

“Pool and hot tub were clean and not overly crowded. Looks like they are about to get a new gym as well that will be nice! Room was quiet and cozy. Restaurant serves breakfast and dinner so no need to leave if you don't want to. Lots of parking as well!”

“I liked the convenience to my son's house. I didn't like the very limited selections on the TV, there was no refrigerator in the room, and there is no on/off switch on the night stand. The condition of the facility looks worn out. I am not accustomed to this type of issues with this brand!”
