“To start, Tucker who was manning the front desk upon arrival, was welcoming, warm and friendly. He was extremely professional with the check in process. Had all our information and checked us in thoroughly and quickly. When we were trying to transport our luggage etc, we were having difficulty and he came to our rescue helping get everything up to and into our room. “The person who checked us in was very helpful. We did not have any body wash in our room and it took two days and several times for us to ask for it to be delivered. One day we came back and the room had not been cleaned and the towels hadn’t been changed out. Front desk was very helpful then. Breakfast omelettes were great, the rest of the food was fair.”
