“Don't expect quiet or sleep. Unfortunately, even though the location is great, and the hotel is quite nice, there is a defect with the rooms' doors , causing the doors to slam and then bounce and bang multiple times before closing, making LOUD noises. Do not expect to sleep. Everytime, any room on any floor closes, you hear this loud jarring banging door slam. “3 night stay. Under staffed. No happy our as it was closed friday and Saturday. Bed was so uncomfortable. I think it was broken. Need to update mattresses. The bright spot was the girl at the starbucks counter was so friendly and welcoming. We visited from NY on business 3/19 to 3/22 2026”
