“The hotel was easy to get to, clean and the beds were extremely comfortable.”

“Everything was great. It started with the help of Edwin at the front desk. He was very accommdating and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the rooms are nice. We had breakfast at the restaurant on the way out. Good food. ”

“The check-in staff was friendly. The breakfast was excellent (we loved the asparagus!!). Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It was disappointing that housekeeping didn’t come into our room the 2nd day or offer fresh towels. But other than that our stay was excellent.”

“Two thumbs up for a very quiet hotel stay with good (Starbucks) coffee available in the lobby in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. A tiny, indoor pool is perfect for smaller kids. Like a lot of hotels, this one is suffering from a lack of staff so the on-site bar and restaurant were closed during my stay. If that is important to you, call ahead to see if they will be open during your stay.”

“I came from a long trip and a horrible hotel. My Son, who lives here in Chicago, met me at the airport to help me find a hotel to stay at overnight. Everything was perfect about this hotel, except we did not realize that it was so far from the airport. It was late, so we did not have time to explore the area, especially since we did not know where we were and if there was anything worth seeing nearby. I still will recommend this hotel.”
