I booked this hotel for an employee. They checked in and found that the place was a filthy dump and the staff was horrible. She checked out and went somewhere else. I would never recommend anyone stay here

There was a dead roach in the shower. A rat ran across the hallway. Suspicious people lurking in the parking lot and the lobby. Terrible! Then the hotel voided my key card.

I did not receive the room I selected. The room wasn't clean along with the bathroom. Poor attendant service. The parking lot had trash all round it. The pool has never been attended to for maintenance. It had trash in it and looked like a swamp pool. I had to ask for new linens because none of them in the room were clean. The new linens I was given was dirty. Terrible Management. Would not recommend the location.

When we arrived Saturday evening, there were prostitutes standing directly in front of the property. We already felt unsafe before even walking inside. Despite having a reservation, the front desk clerk initially claimed there were no rooms available. After going back and forth, he suddenly “found” a room and handed us a key. When we opened the door, there was a completely naked man inside. This is a serious safety failure. We immediately returned to the front desk, and the clerk casually apologized and reassigned us to another room. The next room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and mamajuana, the beds were unmade, toilet paper was scattered everywhere, and there was a list posted of broken items. There were no towels. The condition was unacceptable. After going back downstairs again, we were finally given a room that was barely acceptable, so we stayed out of exhaustion. At 9:00 AM — two hours before the stated 11:00 AM checkout — a housekeeper knocked asking if we were leaving. Shortly after, we heard a toddler screaming in the hallway for roughly 30 minutes. When I opened the door, I saw a housekeeper dragging a small child (around two years old) down the hallway by his arm. This property feels unsafe, poorly managed, and unprofessional. Between the room mix-up with a naked stranger, the unsanitary conditions, the early disturbance, and the hallway incident, I strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.

Room was dirty. Stains on all the bed sheets and pillows. There was nail polish on walls and lamps. There was dirty stains all over the walls. The front door wouldn’t properly lock and had been previously kicked in. The bathroom light was out. The floors were filthy thick dust. The entrance to hotel had trash and suspicious looking individuals hanging around. The pool in the front entrance was green with debris all around it. The walls was discolored on the outside of hotel. To top it off when I arrived I told the front desk clerk I did not feel comfortable and would like to cancel my reservation he said he could not do that and proceeded to give me a dirty used guest key card holder with a previous number on there that he scratched out and put my number on. So after I went to the room and took pictures I returned to the front desk ti let the clerk know that there was no way I could stay there and he agreed to give full refund and apologized for the condition of the room.

Checked in on Christmas Eve the room was horrible. You can smell the mold as soon as you walk in the room. It was built up in the ceiling of the bathroom. Walked in the bedroom crumbs and dead roaches all on the bed skirt sheets and pillowcases full of stands. Asked for another room that room was the same went to another room it was a little better then the first two but still bad. The shower was full of mildew barely no towels the toilet was dirty. Try to sleep but all you hear is door slamming people outside of the room running in the hallway and talking loud on the phone and this went on all night so definitely didn’t get any sleep I checked out Christmas morning. This hotel needs to be closed down this was the worse experience I ever had.

The staff was great very nice but the room needs to be cleaned better, the bathroom still had old used towels still in the bathroom when I arrived, and of course the shower was not clean felt slimey had to purchase shower shoes, the bed sheets need to be washed better or purchase new sheets if the stains on the sheets can’t be removed. The floors were really dirty turn the bottom of my feet black and the curtains over the air conditioning needs to be change or taken down often because it looked like black mold growing on the ends of the curtains. If the room wasn’t so dirty I would have given 5 stars.

Front desk guy tried to charge me again after I already paid, we get to the room and the sheets are filthy. They are covered in stains and red liquids. The soaps were the smallest I’d ever seen. The drink cups were unwrapped and just sitting in the bathroom. I did not feel comfortable using them. All night there were kids running around, which appeared to belong to the staff.

The entire lobby smells like indian food. Air conditioner didnt work. Bed was springy, loose, and squeeky. Wouldnt provide extra bedding for the third guest we included on the reservation. They use the breakfast area as thier own personal kitchen and the lobby tv as their own personal living room. Argued with us over the air not working and didnt want to give us a different room. Whole tv screen was blue. Shower curtain did not even meet the rim of the bathtub. Not worth the price charged.

The room was dirty. The linoleum floors had something black that ruined my wife’s white socks. The white towels and wash rags had black in them. The whole building had a cigarette odor. We got two nasty towels and wash rags, no hand towels, no shampoo, one tiny bar of soap and the white shower floor was covered in a black stain. Nasty is the only way to describe this place.
