“The hotel is a bit older and needs a little updating but we had a great stay due mainly to excellent staff, particularly Heather but also Hayden and Adali. They made sure everything worked out well for us.”

“Cute concept, really clean-but they have a lot of kinks to work out. WiFi didn’t work. tv was impossible to figure out and barely worked once we did figure it out. Today’s staff was not friendly. Our room was tiny but well situated with lots of storage, great aesthetic BUT the a/c is FREEZING when it does turn on, and blows right into your face while you’re sleeping. “Room was clean and hotel was beautiful… stayed in both towers and they seem the same to me… the Dolphin is just more expensive… the only complaints I might have was the horribly loud music from the pool, all day and then the “club” at night… that was not fun… and housekeeping… I was on vacation… they were trying to touch up the room by 9 am and texting asking if they should just skip the room since we were sleeping… umm… no… but I’m going to sleep in on my vacation.
