“I got so disappointed when I got inside the room it didn’t smell clean, the bathroom wasn’t that clean specially the tub, and the sink faucet. The beds aren’t too comfortable either, pillows for sure need to be replaced they are very flat and dated. I felt like I paid for the stay at a motel with the price of a hotel. Prices are very competitive around and not cheap to stay. Location was the only good thing so 1/10”

“Room was clean and hotel was beautiful… stayed in both towers and they seem the same to me… the Dolphin is just more expensive… the only complaints I might have was the horribly loud music from the pool, all day and then the “club” at night… that was not fun… and housekeeping… I was on vacation… they were trying to touch up the room by 9 am and texting asking if they should just skip the room since we were sleeping… umm… no… but I’m going to sleep in on my vacation. Other than those 2 things… it...
