“Computers were down when arriving for check in. Counter person was rude to everyone. Took forever to identify my confirmation and had to get Expedia involved”

“Andrebbe specificato che si tratta di un motel. Porte di accesso leggere e poco sicure, porte interne di connessione con altre camere parete esterna in vetro. Parcheggio interno a pagamento. Non lo consiglierei”

“Great location and wonderful hotel and staff”

“The Hotel is a typical Holiday Inn, clean and simple…but what we didn’t like was the breakfast. No choice, for 4 days the pancake machine wasn’t usable for unknown reason.. This aspect must be improved. The pool need to be cleaned more ..”

“It was a clean room, good breakfast, breakfast staff was great. They are remodeling, and the location is noisy”

“The staff was very courteous. The hotel needs a remodel ie the elevator trimming missing, room shows a lot of wear. Staff had a schedule problem having no hot breakfasts one morning. Location was fine with about 30 minute city drive to the Capital area.”
