Hotel vicino a Bowlero Durham - Raleigh

“I was in town for a concert that my daughter was in at Duke University. I booked through Expedia. Nowhere on the hotel's website or in additional details on Expedia is it said that there will be an additional $100 fee for incidentals. I was not prepared to need that and although it caused a bit of frustration, the front desk person was great and understood my frustration. Once the payment was done, the only other complaint I had was that some of the towels were stained with coffee and the tub...

“Clean and great customer service”

“Loved this property and all that is offered from the fridge, microwave, stove top, crib and more. I would stay again and the kids loved the pool.”

“We were from out of town didn’t arrive to the hotel until Tuesday morning. On Friday morning I received a call from the Gm Kim telling me she was putting my family out due to the smell of smoke in the room that’s been coming from the second floor since Monday. I assured her we didnt smoke in the room that wasn’t our floor and we didn’t arrive until Tuesday. The way this women was speaking to me as a customer was disrespectful and uncalled for and If that was the case why are you waiting until...

“The location is good”

“The room was very clean, updated and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is located in a wooded area by a busy intersection but it's very quiet. The air conditioning is great and the parking is very convenient. The location is great! Only five miles in one direction from Chapel Hill district and five miles in the other direction from Duke. I would definitely stay here again.”

“ I checked in and after 30 min had to leave and find another place to stay, the bad smell in the room was terrible, the front desk tried to help me with a spray and it didn't work, i bought one spray didn't work either, not even a plastic cup in the room, dirty in a ver very bad condition, i can't understand why this place still opened and having guets coming over, this is unsane for expedia and for extended stay chain hotels, i'll appreaciate a reasonable answer to this maater”

“This place is great except we didn’t have any soap in our soap dispenser or lotion in our lotion dispenser. What happened to the little bar of soap they used to leave at the sink??? Actually, just bring a bar of soap from home! Love the front desk staff. Breakfast is great. Room and bath CLEAN! Very close to Duke Medical Center which is a big plus. Also close to Duke University.”

“Very clean and seemed brand new. Everything was great. Breakfast is a bit pricey for what it is, but we will definitely stay there again. Loved the vinyl floor in the rooms instead of the usual old nasty carpet hotels have.”
