“Location was excellent, staff was great…the Expedia app said breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast…electrical outlets and faucets in rooms were non functional. Water leaks from ceiling, the water in the showers would go hot to cold and just keep cycling. Whoever is in charge of maintaining the property should be held accountable with the prices you guys charge, it shouldn’t be an issue with getting things fixed.”

“Very bright and cheery entrance, friendly staff, great hotel layout, clean and comfy room, nice selection of for purchase, or complimentary snacks/meals and big comfy lobby area to relax or work. Outside landscaping was very nice and always staff hard at work maintaining the property and cleaning the lobby, kitchen area etc. This is my 3rd time at this property and it's really terrific. Will be back!”

“Check in was smooth! Check out was easy. What i didn't like was the double payment of the security deposit, even know it was only $20 a day i was charged it on arrival and on check out. Although for my bank the refund of the deposit was quick 24 hours after check out. It was still dumb.”

“Wasn’t able to access WiFi. The AI assistant texted me back several hours AFTER we had checked out the next day.”

“I liked nothing about this property other than the lady at the front desk was nice. It was a good price, but the hotel was nothing like the pictures. The area was not safe or even close to the airport. Rooms were filthy and damaged. I could hear our neighbors as if they were in the room with us. Overall, I got no sleep and it was a horrible experience. I will never recommend anyone stay here. Not sure how this place qualifies as “good” on Expedia. Do better!! Not safe, not clean, not good!!”

“Staff were excellent and responsive. Room was nice and clean. Only thing odd was metal fence around perimeter of parking lot. Thought maybe there had been car break ins. ”

“This hotel is a unique experience, great for beer lovers or travelers with dogs. We love being greeted with complimentary beers. The food is not as good as when we stayed five years prior. It used to be the best breakfast we have had at a hotel, but now is a lot more standard. Hotel staff are friendly, the rooms are clean except for a few small details like vents. Someone had been smoking outside and the scent was getting brought in by the A/C unit in the night.”

“The rooms were fairly clean. Beds comfortable. Loved all of the pillows. Apparently black out curtains have become an extra amenity at some hotels but this one still had them at no extra charge. Breakfast was good. Little crowded but the food selection was good. No issues with parking. The street is a little hard to find because it looks like an alley. Close to the expo if you’re needing that. The pool was actually warm and decently clean. They allowed us to swim until 10pm. No noise issues...
