“The stay, for me, was just ok. The room was clean but where I think they missed the mark was in the little things. They have free breakfast which is a good thing but I’ve never seen a hotel tell everyone a about free 24hr coffee but it’s instant coffee. Gross. They have a laundry facility but in all the hotels I’ve stayed at in the past, there was a machine where you can buy detergent and whatnot. They don’t have that. “Staff was just okay. Not super welcoming. The hotel is older and just not kept up well. The lobby and restaurant were nice enough but the room wasn’t up to Double Tree standards. My door wouldn’t seal closed, my bathroom door wouldn’t even close shut all the way it was too big for the door frame, there was mold on the ceiling and the pillows smelled moldy. I left a day early because I didn’t want to stay another night.”
