“The view from the room was just looking at the pool maintenance building. Was to have a view of water not back of building ”

“Check in had a glitch with their system, but they were able to get us to our room while they sorted out their IT issues. We even got extra (warm) cookies for the slight inconvenience with their system. Room was comfortable and quiet. And was a nice view despite the bad weather. ”

“Sono stato tratto in inganno dal marchio Holiday Inn. È stato un inferno! Mi sono fermato due notti e non mi hanno rifatto la camera. Mi hanno proposto un rimborso di 15 dollari. Ho accettato: che alternativa avevo? Mi è stato detto che il personale non era più disponibile. Tra l'altro, al momento della partenza il rimborso proposto il giorno prima non è più stato riconosciuto. Spero che il manager prenda provvedimenti.”
