“The property was immaculately clean, with towels, bed linens etc which made it so much easier to get away without palaver! A good size for 4 of us and didn’t feel at all cramped. Lots of nice touches about the place too …(eg. Tea and coffee and shower gel etc) Perhaps needed a few extras to make it even better - like washing up liquid, a dish cloth and a cafetière - to make it even easier to get away without needing to bring anything. Took us a little while to find the key safe (maybe a few...

“I’ve visited Sandbanks many times and normally stay in a hotel. This definitely was the most relaxed enjoyable amazing weekend Fantastic service from host Mark -providing tonnes of information on places to visit etc and the local area. Also Mark enabled an early check in and late check out which was great. The location is superb -onsite parking for two cars at peak time is an absolute bonus. Beach by the fiat was so tranquil and also a short hop on the ferry to Shell Bay will definitely visit...

“Lovely clean appt with great views and literally a hop across the road to the beach. Rooms were very nice and amenties provided which was a nice touch. Parking was easy and appt is located within easy drive of natural attractions such as Durdle Door and Sand banks if thats your interest. ”

“We’ve just spent a terrific week at this unique holiday property. It really did have so much to offer, set in a rural, and yet convenient location. The jewel in the crown had to be the wonderful, large indoor swimming pool, complete with sun loungers, dining table and chairs, a sauna and 2 separate shower rooms - all accessible directly from the kitchen and with no need to venture out into the garden. We had difficulty enticing our 3 year-old grandson away from the pool, even with the promise of...
