“Had to change rooms because of the room we were out in was so awful”

“The hotel looks nothing like the pictures on the website. This hotel is old and smell old. Our room said pool views and it was not plus it smelled awful. The front staff said they saw pool view on our reservation so they moved us down a floor still same view. Breakfast was described as on of the best in the area, it was actually the worse breakfast. The remote did not work for the tv, despite all of that, every staff member we encountered was extremely nice and helpful.”

“We loved our stay! My daughter and I stayed for a week and have no complaints. The views of the Beach and Ocean were amazing. Lots of pillows on the bed. Loved the quick access to the beach especially for sunrise pictures and walks in the morning. The fridge was large enough to hold all our things. Lots of restaurants close by made it easy to walk to dinner. Staff was always friendly. There were games in the lobby we could play. I would recommend 100%”

“It was an okay place to stay for price but very out dated and some of the staff isn’t the most friendly people.”

“I didn’t like the way they cleaned, or if they did clean our room. Stains on the floor around the bathroom from day one. Said they change sheets and towels every three days, on the fourth day our sheets and towels were changed. Other that it was okay.”

“No elevator would be nice to know. We came at 3:30p nope check in at 4p ,returned took 40 minutes to get the room cause everyone was lazy and going home.”

“The rooms could use a better clean up, dusting, washing the curtains and bed sheets better they smelled musty and the floors were very dusty, we had to call the front desk to have someone come clean our room and we didn’t get new coffee cups untill we asked the cleaner to give us some”

“The staff was friendly and tried being helpful, but…. The room(s) was disgusting. Floor wet. Muskey smell. Rust in shower. Trouble with room key(s). I could go on but it seems pointless. The price was right, but given the room issues I would rather pay double for a nicer place. I would not stay again.”
