Breakfast was not very well stocked, the person handling breakfast was also covering front desk (btw breakfast was 7-10:30 am and we were there at 9 am. When we went to check out of our room the elevator quit working and we were told it would be at least 20 minutes. My husband is disabled, I am 73 so I had to carry a cooler and 4 bags down from the fourth floor. I asked...

“Mmmhh, not the typical Hampton experience. Upon check in, the lobby seemed unusually small and with a group of 3-4 checking in ahead of us and my group of 6 it was tight; although I know this was probably an unusual situation-not a complaint just an observation. Parts of the hotel were being renovated while we were there and looks like it is going to be very nice; however, outside (back/side) it was the messiest site I have ever seen; this is speaking to the contractors doing the renovation...
