“If you like a/c there is none so it can get a bit muggy. Also no elevator so if u have alot of baggage kind of a pain going up and down the stairs. The parking spots are VERY tight. We have a full size truck and it was very difficult to park. We ended up parking at the yatch club. The last row closest to the street is open parking. No permit needed. Great location and ocean breeze It is a older property so make sure u stay on the second floor, otherwise you can hear your neighbors above you.”

“When checking in we were told the pool was closed. I specifically booked the hotel because of the pool. Then she caught us as we were leaving to say yes it’s open. Then there was a porter potty next to the pool and it smelled like urine. It was terrible”

“Hotel was great, the 2nd pool and jacuzzi were bit dirty disappointment there - the room was great - the balcony couldn’t enjoy due to mosquitos - this is due to the lake - there a lot stuff to do on this resort- I was ok with this resort”

“The lady at front desk her name was bharati she helped us check in and explained everything and the pool there was clean normally go once or every other month and stay down street what was nasty so glad found one close cuz we go to rest and dk what went out there we will be returning also had to go grab come in they were very nice to one the maids”
