This was our first time staying at an all-inclusive resort, and we were a bit unsure of what to expect, but Flamingo Cancun completely won us over! We traveled with our 3-year-old son for a 3-night stay, and we are already planning to come back. The Room: We had an ocean-facing room, and the view was absolutely stunning—waking up to the blue waters and the beach every day was a highlight. Amenities: The pool setup is fantastic for families. There are four different pools, including a dedicated kiddie pool which we used a lot. There is also a beautiful expansive pool that curves through the property and one right by the beach. speaking of the beach, having it right in front of the hotel made everything so easy. Food & Staff: We mostly stuck to the buffet, and the food was excellent. There was plenty of variety, but we especially enjoyed the delicious local Mexican dishes. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. If you are looking for a worry-free family vacation with great views and service, I highly recommend Flamingo Cancun!

Das Personal war größtenteils sehr freundlich, allerdings war das Essen nur die ersten Tage gut. Dann viel Wiederholung und langweilig... wenn man nur ein paar Tage da ist, dann okay. Restaurant am Strand ( A la Carte) war total unorganisiert. Wir bekamen mehrfach falsche Getränke, falsches Essen - man kam sich schon etwas veräppelt vor, ich konnte gar nicht glauben, dass es ernst gemeint war... Zimmer-Aussicht Meerblick war mega, Strand ist super schön, Zimmerreinigung so naja - der leere Duschgelspender wurde überhaupt nicht aufgefüllt während unseres Aufenthaltes. Gutes Hotel, wenn man nur ein paar Tage dort bleibt, mich würde es nerven wenn ich länger dort wäre...

Hotel is dated and there is work being done on the property next door. So lots of noise mid-day. Service at the buffet, Italian restaurant, and lobby bar is great. Pool bar and pizza spot are not very welcoming. Lots of beach space and great water location.

They changed our room when we first checked in, for a reason I couldn't understand. Apparently we got an upgraded room which was on main level with a pool. It was very nice but I couldn't see the ocean because of trees and beach chairs. The room's AC didn't work and we woke up damp because it was so humid with a strong smell of mold. They did put us in a new room which was similar and it was nice. However, they should use dehumidifiers as our room was so cold. We could only have it set at max 19 degrees which is too cold otherwise it got too humid if we brought the temp up. Staff were courteous but a little inconsistent with info we were given. The buffet was great and I enjoyed the food. The entertainment was not good at all. The resort was a little too small for our liking. The beach was amazing but we had to get up super early at 7am to reserve one of the beach beds for later. I liked how the rooms were named after famous writers. We hated the air freshener in the main lobby and lobby toilets, couldn't breathe properly it was so powerful. Overall, it was ok but I expected ocean view because that's what we paid for. There were a lot of locals and kids at the main pool area and it was a bit much, never enough beds to lay on. The entertainment was tailored to locals and not variety of people and it was almost non existent. We were very bored. Some bartenders didn't have great English so it was a little frustrating when ordering drinks.

Nice place to stay with a clean and beautiful beach. The overall environment was very relaxing and well maintained. The food was tasty and well prepared; however, the menu felt a bit repetitive. Adding more restaurants and a wider variety of food options would further enhance the experience. There were some Wi-Fi and internet connectivity issues during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this resort to others.

The rooms were great! We had a swim out room and it was beautiful. The hotel staff was courteous and professional. We felt very safe. The food was great and we felt the options were good for a smaller resort. A few suggestions- more loungers around both pools. The beds are a little much. Loungers on the beach- again, the beds are a little much. Repetitive music. It’s a lot and it’s too loud. I get the chic boutique vibe, but the music needs to be changed up. I heard the same song every day 100x. More seating at pizza restaurant and snack bar- people were turned away when they wanted to eat because of no tables- allow eating around the pool area. All in all, we had a great stay! The Christmas party was fantastic!

Excellent location right on the beach. Room faced the Ocean view and pool down below. Brekky server Yacowchi was absolutely the best. Made up a going away dessert plate for us. Buses out front for day trips to Chedraui for some extras. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. 3 weeks off in in the sun.

Este hotel no debe denominarse como "all inclusive" más bien es "whatever we want to include" Habitación: no limpian toda la habitación diariamente solo por partes el lavabo duro dos días sucio, el frasco de jabón para manos quebrado se reportó desde el primer día y lo entregaron al siguiente dia en la noche. Un día después de la limpieza no dejaron papel de baño, tapete piso baño, toallas para manos se tuvo que volver a llamar a recepción. Resumideros tapados casi se sale el agua del baño se tuvo que hablar a mantenimiento. Restaurant: en el bufet no están preparados para la cantidad de gente que hospedan las comidas se suponen que tiene cierto periodo de tiempo y cuando vas y pides algo simplemente te dicen "Ya no hay" y no vuelven a surtir. Servicio: pésimo servicio por casi todos los empleados, los meseros no te hacen caso, tienen mala cara, no dejan utilizar los termos para que te sirvan tu bebida, debes utilizar los vasos de plástico reutilizables del hotel que en lo particular se me hacen antihigiénicos. Alberca: súper fría no tiene climatización. Camas de playa: insuficientes para la gente que hospedan si no sales a las 7:00am a escoger una ya mas tarde no encuentras nada.

The service was terrible. I left a jacket in the self-service restaurant, and an employee said they saw it, but when I inquired about it, there was no result. I even asked the front desk, but the jacket was simply gone. Although it wasn't worth much, I'm truly disappointed with this kind of service.

Loved staying here, will definitely come back and visit them. Beach access is awesome, I think we spent a lot of time in ocean and beachside due to this. My only concern was the lack of wifi strength in rooms and around the property, but besides that no reason for anything to complain. They also have their own parking area behind a gate, so that was reassuring knowing the rental car will be safe. Staff is excellent, everyone saying Hola with a smile. Cant go wrong with this place, highly recommend

Hotel is decent. The two missing points for me to rate it excellent are: there were towels missing almost every day after room cleaning, needed to ask and wait to have them; coffee is available either only in the resto, not the best quality, or to buy for extra cost at Starbucks, no coffee at the bars. I don’t like Starbucks and need my coffee through the day so I’m not coming back for this reason. The rest was good.

Rooms were spotless, the staff was great, super friendly and always helpful to our needs.
