The hotel was over booked and had to go to another hotel. The communication was terrible being sent to different places within the hotel wasted an entire day of my vacation because of this mis communication and not being informed that they over booked the hotel

Where do we begin? Check in took over 1 hour, we had 2 adults and 2 teens and they gave us a room with 1 King bed. Wouldn't give us a double as they had already Overbooked the resort. They had no response when I asked how are we suppose to sleep 4 people in 1 bed? King or not? They just kept saying we understand. Offered us a portable single bed for the room, which the room was already tiny and the extra bed in there made it so there was no room. We paid extra for a Grand Ocean View, which ended up being a view from about 200 yards away from the ocean, over looking trees and starting right into another building. They refused to offer us anything for that error, because THEY overbooked the resort. We were unable to make reservations at any restaurants due to them being full/overbooked. The entire 5 day stay we were not able to book the steak house as it was already booked in advance. Many of the bartenders refused to make blended drinks or even a mojito! They didn't have mango, which is a staple at a resort like this. The buffets are small with very limited options. House keeping wouldn't clean room until after 4pm, but we had to shower and change to get in line for a restaurant by 5pm or you wouldn't get anything to eat other then buffet. Even the buffet had a wait if it was after 7pm. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Its far too big and they don't give a crap about their guests once they have your money. They refused to refund us any part of it.

Your resort was severely understaffed. The lines to do everything is ridiculous for a full service all inclusive resort. We couldn’t book any of the dinners at any other restaurants. The bartenders were rude. So the only thing going nice for that hotel is the view.

This resorts classification as all-inclusive should be revoked. I never heard the word no more from Service people on a vacation ever in my life. Our bracelets weren’t good at most places, anything that was supposed to come with the price was all booked up, no chairs ever outside available. The staff always looked miserable probably because their tips suffered from having to tell their guests no all the time. Elevators didn’t work power went out for full day. The bar had nothing but subpar liquor. The only time we felt like we were in an inclusive resort was when we paid extra to be in one of the closed off sections. We heard all around us complaints from customers on the beach in the pool in the restaurant all over the resort…. So we were not the only ones noticing how unwelcoming this place was. I will never return there and I’ll be sure to tell everybody I know to skip this place.

The entire resort felt neglected/run down. Its like they stopped carrying.Very basic decor - we didn't even have seating in our room other than metal patio furniture (that left the tile dotted with rust).Balcony furniture was dirty plastic $10 chairs.Not welcoming.No drawers for storage in our room.Literally had an open closet with a rod/shelf+open table beneath TV.So, pile your underwear on the table it was!No storage in bathroom-just leave everything out on the counter.Bathroom design was weird and prevented our door from opening fully.Awkward.No fan for steam. Shower leaked. When checking in, was told we couldn't have the king room we booked, but would be getting 2doubles.it was valentine's weekend!They weren't very helpful; seemed annoyed and just told us we were lucky to even have this room because they were completely booked (1,200+ rooms).We finally convinced them to "check with a manager" and ultimately got our king, but took a while and wasn't a good first impression. Too many spring breakers that were everywhere.Clogged up lines at the bars.Had to wait 20+ minutes each time at the bar.No bars to sit at and socialize-just wait in line and walk back to your seat elsewhere to drink.Only one bartender working at poolside bars. Annoying.Killed the vibe.cheap alcohol. Kids just kept pounding shots and getting increasingly more annoying/loud and they were entitled/not kind to employees. Food wasn't great. Couldn't get a reservation for any restaurants until after we were

The food was mediocre at best. Not much variety, usually the same food everyday at the buffets and many of the a la carte restaurants cost extra. So not truely all-inclusive. The room was dated but I could live with that. BUT THEN I found a cockroach in our room! Yuck! Staff weren't terrible but most of them seemed like they didn't want to be there and so not really a friendly vibe. Needless to say we won't be going back or recommending this place. Honestly the only reason we went here was because it was part of a group trip and was the only thing available last minute.

El hotel es encantador y la playa hermosa. Es nuestra segunda vez que visitamos, lo que no nos gustó mucho fue que la habitación estaba sucia del piso y las almohadas olían un poco a humedad, de ahí en más, todo estuvo muy bien.

The room is very very clean . The staffs were very nice. I loved the breakfast which is include in the price of the hotel. I recommend anyone who want to come to Cancun to a least try couple night there. Thank again staff for all your time and help you give us during the stay. May God Bless you all.

Room: The faucets weren’t attached to the countertop in the bathroom. The shower head didn’t exist, it was just a hole spitting out aggressive water. The floors were sticky. Staff: They were the most unfriendly staff I have ever experienced. If you asks for help for something they would just say they can’t do that or just was unwilling. The friendliest staff we experienced was the lifeguard. We were celebrating a birthday and the resort said they offer a free cake for the event but they cannot deliver it to the restaurant. They can only deliver it to the room and they didn’t have a specific time, any time between 5 and 9pm. When the cake finally arrived, it was actually a slice of cake and squished. The saran wrap was so tight, the slice of cake looked like mush. The food was terrible. They served my cousin uncooked chicken.

Staff was great, close to downtown, biggest complaint was they don't have enough chairs at tbe pool! Room stocking was subpar, no coffee and beer had to ask several times to get it. Your room coffee needs to be improved.

The room was nice and room service thorough. The elevator situation TERRIBLE. Only one small one working. We were on the 6th floor! The buffets were better than restaurants, a happy surprise. The barista insisted on making Canadianos when I ordered Americanos. The pool and beach nice. Towels excellent.

Kept running out of cups. One place ran out of tortillas for the tacos. None of the bathrooms would have soap to wash hands with. Another time there was no toilet paper in the restroom.

The room service took forever. Didn’t let us upgrade to the pyramid (which we didnt know beforehand that there was a higher tier). Separated our group of 9 with our rooms. A few wanted two beds but got one, the two that wanted one bed got two. There are two restaurants that require booking but there were no available spots for a week. We were only here for 5 days so we couldn’t even book either one. Overall a poor experience, if you ever come here make sure you get the pyramid package which we did not know beforehand.

Room was terrible: noisy, shower was terrible, no vet in bathroom, food was not good front desk staff not nice or helpful. Other staff was fantastic.would not recommend.nit handicap accessible or accessibility friendly. Restrooms at pool and other public restrooms were dirty. You should take them off your site. The rating for it when I booked was high.

Where to start! False advertising. A lot of the restaurants you have to pay or make a reservation which you can’t make because it is filled. (We were there 1 week and a day and were only able to book one) Food was terrible. Not enough chairs (pool) to accommodate the amount of people. If you want a chair get down at 9am to secure one. No chairs or umbrellas at the beach.
