“I have visited other Iberostar hotels in different countries, but I have never had such a bad experience as the one we had here. The staff at this hotel are not friendly at all, and the way they treat guests is terrible, at least based on my family's experience and mine. We had three rooms booked. “Access to bar that is about 30 feet away from my swim out room was NOT GRANTED. I had two rooms and we all had to get out of the pool and walk across the ENTIRE pool area in order to get anything to drink. This was VERY UNACCEPTABLE.”
