Baite a Catalina Island

“Honestly, I was pretty disappointed. The room looked nothing like the photos, we could hear people walking around upstairs all night. The towels even had stains on them. When I brought up that the room didn’t match the pictures, the front desk basically said, “You booked through a third party, not us,” which wasn’t helpful at all. The room didn’t even have a toothbrush or toothpaste. For the price we paid, I expected a much better experience.”

“It’s steps away from the beach it was the best especially traveling with kids you can go back to the room when needed to use the restroom, change etc! Nice cold AC and lovely staff!”

“Hotel in ottima posizione, vicino a tutti i servizi, personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione a buffet ricca, varietà e qualità! Aperitivo a buffet a base di formaggi (buonissimi!Ho trovato addirittura grana padano e gorgonzola!) pane tostato e vini di buona qualità, offerto ogni giorno. Molti prodotti italiani... originali! Esperienza super positiva da consigliare e da ripetere.”

“Within walking distance to EVERYTHING!!! The staff was very accommodating, the rooms were clean and a good size. The rooms were well stocked. Only an 8 minute simple stroll from the dock where the ferry is. The breakfast was satisfying enough to start our day. They had luggage storage, which was great because we arrived early and didn’t want to tote everything around town and to lunch! We will definitely stay again!”

“when I asked for an ocean view they said it is not for third party bookings which made me feel ......... The jacuzzi was occupied by rowdy teenagers from Avalon which penetrated thru no lock gate, and made me uncomfortable. for over $400 per nite I expected more.”

“This place is dirty and not well kept up. It needs a serious update. Our room smelled of mold and bug spray. Only half of the light switches actually worked. There was no cutlery or cups. It was pretty disgusting and I would never stay here again.”
