“We were pleasantly surprised. Very nice for a short term stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. The added touches such as fresh cookies, breakfast and bedtime treat were unexpected but very nice. And the rooftop was a bonus that we truly enjoyed.”

“This property was rated 8.4 - 9 on Expedia. That was completely wrong. The property was old and worn out. Everything was dated and beat up. The bathroom was simply awful. I’m shocked that the room rate was close to $500 per night. Expedia get your act together. I have complete loss of trust in your rating system. I will not be using your service again.”

“Hotel Catalina Studio 9 was clean, comfortable, with a beautiful sitting area outside on the cozy covered porch! There was no air conditioning in my room, but the foyer was cooled and relaxing. We brought portable, personal fans, which really helped during the hot spell which occurred September 11 - 13, 2026. There was limited amenities; a small fridge and microwave was provided in the room and nice tv, but no coffee provided, but lovely body wash and 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner was included in...
