“Everything at hotel we needed. Very clean.”

“Lights were out in the elevator. Staff put flashlights hanging on the arm rails in the elevator. Sooo dark and unsafe. Isn’t this against code? Tv remote did not work properly. Plain Jane room. Defiantly NOT worth the $250 plus tax I paid for the room. Will not be using this hotel chain again!”

“I know it’s no one’s fault but since it’s close to the road you can literally hear traffic at all times, we heard a police chase around 2am. The property could use some update. For a place to sleep and shower it’s okay!”

“The rooms were very clean and spacious with a separate seating area so it was perfect for our family. They went out of their way to celebrate Duke’s graduation weekend and Mother’s Day… decorations, welcome party, lobby snacks, roses for mothers. ”

Hotel is close to Duke and we did find a great place to eat. Try Local 22 Kitchen & Bar. Very good restaurant, reasonably priced nice atmosphere. Would have chosen a different hotel if condition was known ahead of time. ”

“Had to switch rooms due to mold in the bathroom. Breakfast was very good and a nice touch to start the day. Front desk staff was very professional and moved quickly to greet and help us.”

“Not have French fries for oiur fish and chip dinner—waitress knew this as we ordered and came back to table what else are willing to have with this—over priced and waitress stated “ they always run out of food”

“I had to contact the front desk twice for the heat not working. They had to send a maintenance person to the room twice. It still continued to not work through the night, the room was very cold. I woke up with a runny nose and coughing.”
