“Everything was great ”

“Beautiful room and helpful nice staff. Had issues with hearing kids running down the hall, slamming doors and a crying child so I went to the front desk and asked if I could change rooms since I still had two more night stays left. The front desk person (sorry forgot her name) and within a few minutes she had another room ready and it was even on top floor so didn’t hear people above me. Once I changed rooms it was 100% better.”

“Carpets were sticky and dirty. Had to change rooms twice due to the door being stuck the first time. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was decent. Not a fan of how dirty and moldy and unkept the bedrooms were”

“The hotel was very clean. No weird smells even though pet friendly. This was my second stay at this location and 3rd at Home2 Suites. The rooms were nice with fridge and microwave and plenty of towels. Comfortable beds and pillows. I really appreciate the coffee, water and tea in lobby. Breakfast was good. I did not try the pool. Not enough parking, if lot is full you have to park in garage on first floor. I would stay again. Thanks!”

“The room was very clean with updated decor and paint. The lobby was nicely maintained. The elevator had an odor (the one that worked). Pool was very clean. Location was the best part. The hotel is part of a community that includes restaurants, entertainment, and you are 5 minutes from and very clean beach.”

“The room was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. However, there were huge cracks in the bathroom counter and floor - which was quite unsightly. Also, there was a vent directly above the toilet which gathered condensation after the AC ran for some time and then started dripping water droplets straight down into the commode, which was a rather uncomfortable experience for anyone trying to use the toilet.”

“The room itself was clean and beds very comfortable, but unfortunately as myself and my wife are senior citizens our suite was adjacent to a room with infants that were crying and fussing that you would only expect at that age. I thought I was going to have to go to the front desk and ask for another room but finally quieten down for the rest of the night. I also didn't know since I booked through Expedia that when I checked in at the front desk that there is an additional charge of $2.00 per...

“Las instalaciones son perfectas pero no cumplen lo anunciado. Tomé la decisión de alojarme en este hotel por te e cargadores eléctricos para auto y resultó que aun cuando llamé anticipadamente para consultar la disponibilidad de un cargador de tipo J1772 y confirmarme que lo tenían, no era verdad. Por lo que tuve que ir a otros lugares a cargar mi vehículo por seis días y eso me representó pérdida de tiempo y de casi 200 USD en cargas”
