“I loved the hotel decor, the historic look and feel of the hotel. I did not like having to walk from the garage to the hotel. After you park your car, you have to walk through a connecting hallway to enter the hotel courtyard. This hallway was filthy and odorous. “I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”
