“The garage conversion to a casita is pretty good, the reason we are rating it average is the lack of privacy. The blinds, if you can call them that, offer no privacy. There are no curtains or any other type of blind to close. You are able to see into theentite sleeping/living area from the street. This also means any lights in the main house illuminate the casita. Simply adding blackout blind or a simple curtain within the boho theme would work. This really is a significant issue as it feels...

“Pet friendly, good location. The unit I got smelled of cigarette smoke which was unpleasant, I notified the host immediately just to inform them so I wouldn’t be charged for smoking in the unit, and they assured me I would not be. There was a huge dumpster right outside the unit, very loud when they came to empty it, woke me from my sleep. ”

“Stayed in the presidential 2 bedroom, lake view, condo with my family. We had a great time and the location was perfect for us. It is easy walking distance to Rainey Street and the path down by the water to Congress bridge. We enjoyed the pool and the hospitality. Would stay here again. ”

“I had the king bed room and it was in perfect condition. The room was nice and cool, the shower got hot, and the tv was modern with good selection. I would book this hotel again. ”

“The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and there was ample space to move around - big rooms! We consistently had a problem with our key card which was frustrating - no reflection on the staff. And, this may seem like a small thing, but the towels are very rough. ”

“If you need a place to lay your head, this is the place. Other than that, the floor had stains. The cover had stains and the bathroom had used toiletries like that never cleaned it. Had to buy a candle for the smell. ”
