“Hotel is older but very well maintained. A/C kept the room at the perfect temperature ( cold). Breakfast was good and the dining room was very cleaned. We will definitely be staying here next time we go to the area ”

“There were stains on the bed sheets in multiple areas. There were bugs in the bed, unclear if they were bed bugs of another type of bug. This made me super grossed out and uncomfortable and I ended up not staying in the room either night. There were also bugs that were alive in the bathroom.”

“The manager listened well enough to understand what did not meet our expectations. The team attempted to remedy the problems but not all were fixed. The kitchen staff and breakfast area was satisfactory. When we entered, there was no hand soap at the bathroom sink and the shower soap container was empty. The manager replaced the empty shower container provided no hand soap for the sink area. We had to use the Palmolive dishwashing liquid to wash our hands after using the toilet. The Wi-Fi wasn’t...

“The place is old hence the name 'Shamrock Historic Inn" but maintained well. Everything worked and for the price, a great location, ie downtown.”
