“Booked a stay, upon talking to an evening concierge and the night manager to confirm our check in time, only to find our reservation cancelled and payment fully taken. I will go out of my way to never consider giving this hotel mine, or my company's business.”

“Well, first the TV didn’t work properly so I was moved to a different room. The second room bathroom was less than clean. Staff was very courteous and accommodating.”
