“It was quite cold and the AC was on and couldn’t be turned off. Coffee maker and microwave were not working properly.”

My room was large, with a nice kitchenette, all the needed amenities, a very comfortable king size bed with a nice headboard, and room was attractively, decorated. Also, a great value my room rate was significantly lower than other hotels, and with higher quality Moody Street, within walking distance, has a wide variety of bars and restaurants. “Check in was a nightmare. No keys left. After a 12 hour travel with children this was made worse. After nearly 2 hours got into apt, no bedding for 2nd bed. Promised would arrive after contacting at 6pm. At 4am no bedding and eventually said wouldn't be arriving. Trying to sleep with no bedding wasn't good. Would not compensate for this. Then washing machine wouldn't work so on last night when tried to do a couple of loads before moving on was not possible and not able to remedy due to time....
