“Bryce at check in was very helpful and informative. Check in was a breeze thanks to him. We booked a room last minute and it was ready when we arrived. Clean and spacious. A good kitchenette for cooking some meals. Easy parking in the lot. Close to the park and easy to walk to the shore or to eateries along the main road. We’d happily stay here again. Worth noting, there was no AC in our room, which was fine for us. We saw a few ants, so be wary of leaving food out.”

“Pool situation was awkward, as there is no actual pool on the property. But you are able to use the park pool across the street or get in your car and drive to another resort (about 0.6 miles). We tried the second option, only to end up in the middle of a swimming class of about 20 kids. This resulted in us being able to use a corner of the pool, constricted with the other 4 families that brought all the siblings to watch the practice. “Really nice place and location. Rental is well done and kept very nice. Only negative to be aware of is that parking is shared with other units so parking in front of the rental is not always available. But we never had too much trouble finding parking on the street nearby.”

“House was roomy and in a great location. Plenty of room for 3 or more. Would definitely stay here again when visiting San Diego. Host communicated well.”

“There was no air conditioning and the property is directly across from a noisy bar, so you can choose to have all the windows closed and be hot or open the windows and be unable to sleep. The beds were futons with no sheets. The kitchen table and chairs were patio furniture. The sense of the place is the host putting in the bare minimum effort. It was a very disappointing experience and I recommend people instead stay at one of the many other places in the area.”
