“The structure has been completely renovated since my last visit, improving both the general appearance and the services. The numerous bars operating within the structure were wonderful and very high quality, despite having a room that overlooked the swimming pool where music entertained guests, the room was pleasantly soundproofed and the light background music did not disturb at all. The bar inside my room was really great!!!”

“The linen was stained. Bathroom for did not work properly. A chair and the soft bed had a distinct odor. The chair was stained as well. While checking in the front deck person. Stop checking me in to help someone else that was there after me. I thought well thats rude. There were no instructions on how to check out. Not posted in room or even told when checking in.”

“The floors in the room were dirty, covered in sticky stuff and dirt. After asking the front desk if someone could come up and clean it they assured us it would be, but it never happened after 2 nights of being there. I don’t usually complain or leave reviews on places but this one is based off of principle.”
