“I had a reservation that was not refundable , but I had a family problem and I had to cancel 2 night…at the moment of the check in I asked a favor if it was possible to refound the 2 nights , the guys at the reception say yes and asked me to contact hotels.com …after contact hotels.com now somebody say no to refound me the 2 nights ! I was really really surprise !!!”

“The structure has been completely renovated since my last visit, improving both the general appearance and the services. The numerous bars operating within the structure were wonderful and very high quality, despite having a room that overlooked the swimming pool where music entertained guests, the room was pleasantly soundproofed and the light background music did not disturb at all. The bar inside my room was really great!!!”

“The room was very comfortable and clean. The lobby was spacious and the staff welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay here. I only have a few complaints. Loved the breakfast but did not enjoy the flimsy paper plates, plasticware and paper cups. it is environmentally wastful to use so many disposable items, not to mention just unpleasant to eat and drink from. The coffee was not very good. Also the parking spaces were so narrow that I could not comfortably get in and out of my car. One morning had to...
