“Quiet, easy parking and no smoking room as requested. Staff was pleasant and check in took only a few minutes. Several restaurants were only a few blocks away. I will use them again when I travel that way.”

“I woke up at 2:30 am to catch Amtrak. I had challenges with Lyft the driver wouldn't load my baggage so the desk clerk loaded it for me as I could not because of my disability. He went above and beyond. I couldn't be more thankful. He also aided me with hot coffee and a warm lobby to sit in as it was very windy and cold. In one word...Kudos to you all”

“The staff at the front desk were amazing and tried to make our stay the best that they could. (Nikki and Ashley) at the front desk. If this place gets shut down, it will be because of poor management, 2/5 that I booked were infested with roaches. When I personally told the manager, she said that nobody had ever made that accusation before and if it was true I should have said something before. I kindly replied that she should come to the rooms to see for herself and she sent an employee to...

“Maybe the mistake was booking one of the cabins instead of a regular room. The first indicator that there would be cleanliness issues started before we even walked in the door of the room. A q-tip and a couple pieces of trash laid right out side the door. The room initially looked cute enough, dated, but cute. All the windows and sliding door were open upon entering which we quickly found out was absolutely necessary to air the strong scent of wet dog in the room that lingered our entire stay....

“Well run, very helpful, and a lovely place. Would gladly go there again. Only problem was figuring out how to find it. The street splits JUST before where the house is (either E/W, or N/S - I can't remember) - so my GPS kept telling me I had arrived but I was on the wrong side - and each side was a 1-way - it took a while to figure out how to circle around so I could park in front.”
