“The room was very comfortable with amenities. The pool was a good, refreshing environment. Room was clean, but could’ve been cleaner, especially the bathroom walls. Beds are very comfortable, and the water was nice and hot. Good mirror space and a very kitchen area. ”

“We had a brief but great experience. The staff was super friendly, the food and coffee were delicious and it was a perfect location and visit for the campus. The place is wonderfully decorated with amazing touches from the paintings to the rugs. It brought out a lot of Husky Pride. Thank you”

“Everything was good, but the hotel was dated and will look really nice once they are able to renovate it. We couldn't beat the price for attending a concert at Mohegan Sun. I couldn't see paying $400+ for the hotels closer to Mohegan Sun. The Grand Lake Hotel was worth the cost we paid.”

“Our stay here was terrible. The room didn’t look or feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned. The sink was disgusting with stains and black mildew. We chose a non-smoking room, but the room still had an odor. Also, the bedding had cigarette burns in them. It doesn’t appear that they launder their linens separately, which isn’t good for guests who are sensitive to smoke. The walls were paper thin, and we could hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms. We had to call the front desk to ask if...
