“Had trouble when I checked in. The guy there told me he could noy find my reservation. The guy seemed to be upset with life. Got to my room it had a bad smell? Went to the front desk and there were a shift change and an attitude change also. Lucy was full of joy and had a Great attitude with me. She changed the room and kept asking me if she could do anything to help out.”

“The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a nice area, and within walking distance of a couple of nice resturants. The breakfast at the hotel, was very nice. We woud definitely stay there again if in the area.”
