“It's an old property that maybe hasn't been maintained the best. The room was clean and the beds were cosy despite how creaky they were. Ideally, you rent the place to sleep, make a quick breakfast using the kitchenette and otherwise spend all your day on the beach”

“We came to Sylvan for my daughter's 21st bday. The motel is pretty much what you would expect from one of the cheaper options in town. The guy running the place was awesome. Very friendly and accommodating. We learned they are being torn down for some fancy condos in tbe near future so you get what you get 😆 For a quick one night stop it was worth the price for a place to crash right on Lakeshore Drive.”

“I stayed here with some friends and family while we were travelling through Sylvan; 11 of us in total. The place was beautiful and clean! There was plenty of space for us all to park. The host was friendly and easy to reach in case of anything. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend!”
