“The bed was not as comfortable as I expected. The room was damp, and we needed to keep the room really cold. The floors were damp as well as the bedding. I am not sure want can be done about this, but it is definitely something to revisit. Otherwise the service was great.”

“I have visited this resort many times. This weekend the staff was not very helpful. Check in was not until 530. And though I asked to have the room cleaned, they only would leave towels and throw trash.”
