“The location was amazing in the heart of Little Italy. The check in and parking were straight forward and the staff was nice. It was a very basic room and I wish it had been a little more clean. The small rug was pretty stained and there were random hairs around. The R2D2 air con was pretty loud. Other than that, I would stay there again.”

Loud music and people were shouting until 2 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. After that, the staff started moving trash bins and making noise outside, which continued until the morning. I brought my husband here for his birthday, hoping for a special and relaxing trip, but it completely ruined our stay. We did not get a single minute of sleep all night. I would...

“Okay hotel. Seemed more like an apartment building converted into hotel rooms. I mean don’t want to be too nit picky, but for the price it was fairly subpar. Appeared like shoddy/rushed construction. Not unsafe (besides the tub/shower that was pretty slippery with no handle bar. But everything felt like fairy cheap “luxury” stuff. A towel with a rip in it. Window shades that were stuck. Again, not like a horrible experience at all, fairly adequate, but for the price it was extreme overpay.”
