“Comfy stay”

“Sheets had stains and holes on both beds. Room smelled bad. Fridge wasn't working. I got moved to a different room... all the same issues previously listed.”

“Entire facility is dirty, water damaged and out dated. Hot water issues, dirty pool, minimal breakfast offerings, front desk left unattended aside from a phone number that when called was the phone at the front desk.”

“Staff was friendly, room worked (frig, microwave, etc.), free breakfast was sufficient (coffee and yogurt for myself). Parked outside the unit door. A bit noisy, otherwise, for the price it was great. Will use them again if needed (wife approved statement).”

“The rooms are very clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. The property is not a travel destination it’s a perfect place to stay right by the airport if you’re going to be in town for a couple of days. Go thru Expedia to get awesome rates. Also they have breakfast and there is a Dunkin at the foot of the hill co-branded with a gas station.”

“Room was advertised as having a microwave, which we depend on when traveling. It did not. I would not have stayed here if I had known. Otherwise, everything else was good”

“They were in flood zone when Hellen happened. Unfortunately room had a very strong smell, it bathroom I’ve seen the mold. Bedding and towels were clean but in general it wasn't pleasant feeling because of that strong smell”

“The room was very clean and maintained well. Bed was comfortable and we loved the balcony. The only thing we saw was carpet could stand to be cleaned but wasn’t terrible. We would definitely stay again”

“They got rid of our room we couldn't even check in and staff was supper rude cussed at me and all and his bed was in the office you go to check in.”

“There was nothing to like, I was hoping for a quint little place close to tri cities airport because we travel a lot, But what I received was a nightmare and an asthma attack This place is covered in mold, and is filthy When confronted they refused to reimburse my money because we booked third party though Expedia! My husband had a severe coughing episode due to all of the black mold in the room! I literally broke out in a rash and we were only there long enough to consume lunch in our nasty...

“If you're looking for the best bang for your buck, Red Roof Inn of JC is the greatest. Do not try the other budget-friendly options in Johnson City. I've tried many of them—and they're all deficient in cleanliness (seriously, trust me on this) and in customer service. Red Roof Inn of JC has super friendly and accommodating staff. And the rooms are clean with no weird smells or moldy corners. As I said, I've tried many of the other budget-friendly options in JC, but I always come back to Red Roof...

“The staff was nice. The room was clean. The air conditioner in the room was horrible and did not cool. You could barely feel the air coming out. Walking to our room was a bit sketchy. People standing around smoking. Looked like there were more people than the occupancy allowed in some of the outdoor rooms. Room doors were open I suppose due to the air conditioners not working properly.”
